Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 August 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Stoket (the “Service”), an inventory, ordering and forecasting platform for hospitality businesses. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
2. Accounts and roles
Accounts are organised into organisations, stores and roles (owner, franchise owner, store manager, team member). You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential, for the activity of users you invite, and for assigning roles appropriately. Cost and financial data visibility is role-dependent and controlled by the organisation owner.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to access data belonging to another organisation, reverse engineering the platform, reselling access without a written agreement, uploading unlawful content, or interfering with the security or availability of the Service.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you enter (catalog, vendors, orders, inventory movements, revenue figures). You grant us the limited right to process that data to operate and improve the Service. We do not sell your data.
5. Ownership of the platform
Stoket — including its source code, database design, role and permission model, AI forecasting and vendor-comparison logic, deep-link cart system, interface design, name and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Aqlix (founder: Zaydan Hassan), the sole owner of the platform. Nothing in your use of the Service transfers any ownership, licence, or co-authorship to you, your employer, or any organisation you belong to.
6. Evaluation licence
Access provided for testing, demonstration, pilot or evaluation purposes is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service as-is for internal evaluation only. It grants no ownership and no commercial rights. During and after evaluation you may not: copy, reproduce or re-create the Service or any substantial part of it; reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive its source code, prompts, schema or business logic; use it to build, specify or commission a competing product; sublicense, resell or share access with third parties; or remove or obscure ownership notices. Evaluation access may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Any feedback you provide may be used freely by the owner without obligation or compensation.
Screenshots, exports, workflows and documentation derived from the Service are confidential and may not be shared outside your organisation without written permission from the owner.
7. Beta and availability
The Service is currently in an early/testing phase. It is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Features may change, and availability is not guaranteed. Do not rely on the Service as your only record for accounting or regulatory purposes.
8. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans, where offered, are billed in advance through our payment provider. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give reasonable notice before changing prices for an existing subscription.
9. AI features
Some features (production forecasting, vendor price comparison) use automated models. Their output is advisory and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing suggestions before acting on them commercially.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or for unlawful use. On termination you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, spoilage or missed deliveries.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to the operator of this deployment through the contact details provided by your organisation administrator.
